Activate with Joe Wicks Campaign

What is this?

The Activate with Joe Wicks Campaign is a free online resource designed to inspire children to get moving and make fitness fun.  This Campaign is a new initiative backed by the Government to get children fitter and help with inactivity in children.

The campaign is available from the 15th July 2025 for free and is available on The Body Coach YouTube channel.

How long does it take?
 

Each episode is 5 minutes and features Job Wicks as an animated character along with original characters known as Activators to make it more fun for children. The videos also have upbeat music to go with the fitness episodes.

The videos are completely free to watch.
