Skills for Care are offering resources to enhance care and support for people living with Dementia.

Resources have been developed to support care workers, community teams, care home staff and family carers. All information is person centre to provide skills and knowledge for every stage of the condition.

The resource information covers, prevention, before and after diagnosis, support, family carers and end of live. You can also access short videos which are about live experiences.
