What is this?

This is a free online tool which can be used to create a bespoke emergency/contingency plan for people who receive care and support. The plan can be created by the person who receives care and support or their friends, family, paid and unpaid carers.  The plan can be shared electronically and updated at any time.

How long does it take?

It takes about 15 minutes to create a plan but you do need to read the guidance notes beforehand so you have all the information you need to hand.
