Personal Assistant in Social Care - Mo's Story

What is this?

Mo works as a personal assistant, supporting Helen with her personal care and social needs. He has worked in care for 9 years and decided to become a personal assistant 2 years ago. He has worked with lots of different people ranging from elderly people to younger people with learning disabilities. Hear about his role in this short film which was produced with support from Skills for Care, the charity that supports the learning and development of people who work in the social care sector.  This includes supporting individual (direct payment) employers and personal assistants (PAs).
