What is this?

This is a link to a YouTube video hosted by Disability Rights UK. The video was produced in 2016 as part of the Get Yourself Active programme. The programme was funded to increase the number of disabled people accessing physical activity. The video shows an Employer and her Personal Assistant (PA) at a rock climbing centre.

The video is a great example of highlighting the side of the job that is often not associated with working within a care environment. Individual employers will each have their own passions, hobbies and interests and the social side of the job is just as important as the care side.
