Individual Employer Funding for PAs (2023-2024) - Still Available

Skills for Care are a national organisation that supports the learning and develpment of people in England who work in adult social care. In 2023 they launched their Individual Employer Fund for training individual employers and their PAs.

We have been made aware that this funding is still available and we are encouraging employers and their PAs to access it whilst they can.

If you and your employer have identified some training you would benefit from but they need support with the costs, let them know about this fund and how to apply. 

Your employer can apply for funding to cover not only the cost of the training itself but also costs of contingency care to cover your absence and transport costs. 

The application deadline is 5pm on Sunday 31st March 2024. Any training that you want to be funded must be started by Tuesday 30th April 2024.
