What is this?

Acas is an organisation that gives employees and employers free, impartial advice on workplace rights, rules and best practice. They also offer training and help to resolve disputes. This is their website which has lots of information for both employees and employers.  They have an advice section which can be found here: https://www.acas.org.uk/advice that covers lots of employment related topics including pay, resolving disputes, employment contracts, Covid-19 updates and much more. You can check your pay or sickness entitlement. 

There is also a section about dealing with problems at work, this can be found here: https://www.acas.org.uk/dealing-with-workplace-problems. This section covers how to raise an issue at work, what happens at a disciplinary and mediation at work. 

You can find template letters and forms that you can adapt and they also offer training too.
