What is this?

This document has been put together by Penderels Trust, a charity which supports people who employ personal assistants (PAs).  It covers the key areas you might want to consider as a PA, from the vital role you play and your responsibilities as well as what you can expect from your employer, such as terms and conditions of employment and annual leave entitlement.
