What is this?

This is a video and report produced by Think Local Act Personal (TLAP for short) who are a national partnership of more than 50 organisations in the social care and health sectors. Their main aim is to support personalisation and community support. This report and video has been produced following lots of research into direct payments and aims to give direction to local authorities in how they can address the key concerns and make them better for people who receive them. Whilst this is not aimed at PAs, we think the video gives a good summary of their findings and may help you support someone who receives a direct payment.
