What is this?

This is a link to the Carers UK website section on Your statutory rights in work. It covers topics such as time off for emergencies, protection from discrimination and flexible working requests. There is also a downloadable leaflet under the first picture (after the word note:) which provides a summary and contact details for further support.

How long does it take?

This depends on your level of knowledge regarding employment law and your requirements at the time. The factsheet will take less time to read then the webpage, however certain topics are quite complex and therefore may require further time to understand.
