First Aid - Prepared to save a life?

What is this?


This is a link to a training course called ‘Prepared to save a life?’ which covers essential information on a range of first aid techniques to use in an emergency situation. The course content covers DR ABC, CPR, choking, bleeding and strokes. It’s important to note that whilst this information is provided by an accredited organisation, you would need to attend a face to face assessment course to become a workplace first aider.

How long does it take?


Completion time is usually between 45 minutes to 1 hour. The course is divided into different sections that usually take between 5 and 10 minutes. Some will be shorter or longer depending on your knowledge of the subject matter.
