National Careers Service - Training including Computer Essentials

What is this?


The National Careers Service is a Government service offering free online training courses to develop new skills and find a new job. Courses range from Practical Maths to Digital Design but we like Computer Essentials which includes courses on improving your computer skills, online job hunting and how to enhance your CV. The courses themselves are delivered by various training providers such as the Good Things Foundation or companies like Lloyds Bank. 

How long does it take?


Course times vary but the Computer Essentials courses take less than 4 hours (each), are completely online and can be completed at your own pace.

Cost?


The course is free.
